Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Scorelaries website and platform (the "Service") operated by Scorelaries ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or annually).

3.2 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. We will provide you with at least 30 days notice of any price changes before they take effect.

3.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these terms. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

4. School Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and school data. By using our Service, you agree to our collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

You retain all ownership rights to your school's data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the information you upload to the platform.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy;
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scorelaries and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Ghana and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Scorelaries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scorelaries, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
